A. Think of a problem (challenge) to solve. Follow the biomimicry steps to solve that problem:
1.What do you want your solution to do?
2. Biologize the question. (re frame the question using biological terms.)
3. Find the best natural models.

• think about habitats
• Research (use Biomimicry Institute site and database, or anything else)
• look for champions (whose survival depends on this?)

B. Once you find the best organisms to solve your problem, white up a specific description of how the organism functions and how this adaptation is applicable to your challenge.
